So it's no surprise that when Urizen grabs Trish and Lady with his tentacles and says "I have plans for the two of you", the internet went wild with hentai ideas for that.
And we see Dante and Nero both lose and get manhandled as well. And he gets knocked on his ass and has his legs spread wide open with a very good view of his crotch which is where this pic was inspired from. So obviously I went with the same mindset of what it would be like if Dante was taken captive instead. If the Demon world saw how powerful Dante was and knew the best way to maintain power was to create an army of controllable Sparda kin. Thus, they devised after capturing Dante, to milk his cock daily and collect his cum to create offspring they could raise and control through the Angelo Demons. And we all know Dante has a very big dick and very big balls. He even comments on that in snarky remark in the anime. So I tried to do him justice in that department.
That's essentially the idea behind the picture.
Now I know Dante would never actually wear white briefs. It's totally not his style. He'd either go completely commando under his tight leather pants or he'd at best, wear something like bikini briefs or something. But, I still put him in a pair of white briefs just because I wanted to see him in some for my own interests. Hopefully some of you enjoyed seeing that as well.

Jockstrap's were never my thing. I just like him in some white briefs even if he himself wouldn't wear them in canon lore. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Dante is definitely a briefs guy, I say its likely he is probably more into colored briefs and sports briefs kind of guy, although he might also be a guy who is also a fan of classic tighty whities too.
He fills them out nicely. Dante would probably wear low rise bikini briefs or colored briefs such as Calvin Klein, Papi,etc.

Glad to see other people around think on wath kind of underwear he would use, i am sure he would use something very revealing and tigth.
